- The evaluation of outlet cleanliness and hygiene averagely ≥ 8 marks per outlet per year.
- To post ≥ 3 testimonials from customer per outlet per month.
- To ensure 75% customers rated ‘happy’ level and above per outlet per year.
- To ensure supplier performance level average ≥ 75% yearly
OPERATION (HUMAN RESOURCE)
- To ensure averagely ≥ 2 hours training per department annually.
OPERATION (CUSTOMER SERVICE)
- Customer service averagely rating ≥ 4 star per individual per year.
